PhD Tutor (Maths and Science Tutoring) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you contact us through the website, by phone, or by email, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to share about your child’s year level and learning needs.

For enrolled students we also keep records of session notes, worksheets, and assessment results.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver tutoring sessions, track your child’s progress, and send you progress updates and invoices.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Who else can see it

Our website is hosted by Hostinger, and our online learning portal stores student work and results. These providers can access data only as needed to run the service.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to two years. Student records are kept while your child is enrolled and for two years afterwards, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time. Email help@phdtutor.com.au or call 0422 534 516 and we will action it within 30 days.

Children’s information

We collect information about students only from a parent or guardian, and use it solely to deliver tutoring.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available here.
